Payments may be one-time or recurring

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if agreed-upon outcomes are not achieved within the specified timeframe and/or allocated budget.

Package 1 & 2:
Refund eligibility applies if deliverables or agreed outcomes are not met within 7 days of delivery.

Includes:

36–72 professional video assets

45–120 photo assets

Testimonial and authority content

Content for organic and advertising use

Package 3:
Refund eligibility applies if outcomes are not achieved within 7 days of full budget deployment.

Includes:

36–72 video assets

45–120 photo assets

Authority and testimonial content

Brand exposure to 100,000–200,000+ homeowners monthly

30–60+ homeowner inquiries within 90 days

6. Termination / Cancellation

Clients must request termination within:

7 days after delivery (Packages 1–2)

7 days after budget completion (Package 3)

Requests must be submitted via written communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Bonfire Media LLC remains our intellectual property.

Clients are granted a:

Limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business only

Clients may not:

Copy, resell, or redistribute content

Use content to create competing services or agencies

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Misuse services or content

Attempt unauthorized access

Use content for illegal or deceptive purposes

Misrepresent Bonfire Media LLC materials

9. SMS & Communications Compliance

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages including transactional and marketing communications.
